Terms of service.

These terms apply to nirhalisdevelops.com and to NIRHALIs AI Studio, operated by NIRHALIs AI Ventures, a sole proprietorship run by Sarthak Nirhali from Thane, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "I"). By buying a plan or using the Studio you accept these terms.

1. What the Studio is

NIRHALIs AI Studio generates logos, brand kits, code, project plans and written answers using third-party AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT). It is a drafting tool.

Output is a starting point, not a finished product. AI-generated text, code and images can be wrong, insecure or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything you use. Do not deploy generated code to a live system without a proper security review — that review is separate paid work.

2. Credits

• One credit is one generation.
• Your monthly allowance resets on your renewal date and does not roll over.
• Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is spent.
• If a generation fails and returns nothing, the credit is returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

3. Plans and payment

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• The Lifetime plan is a single payment granting a fixed monthly credit allowance for as long as the Studio continues to operate. It is not unlimited usage, and it is not a perpetual guarantee that the service will run forever — see clause 8.
• Prices may change. An existing subscription keeps its price until you cancel or change plan.

4. Your access key

Your access key is personal. Treat it like a password — do not share or publish it. You are responsible for usage on your key. If it is exposed, tell me and I will reissue it. We store only a cryptographic hash of your key, never the key itself, so we cannot recover a lost key — only replace it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Studio to:

• produce unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing material;
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or copy an existing brand's logo or identity;
• resell or rebrand raw Studio access as your own product;
• automate, scrape or script access, or attempt to bypass credit limits.

Accounts doing any of this can be suspended without refund.

6. Ownership of output

Subject to payment and to clause 5, you own what you generate and may use it commercially. Note that AI output is not guaranteed to be unique — similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, and generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Run your own trademark check before using a generated logo or name commercially.

7. Availability

The Studio depends on third-party AI providers and hosting. It is offered as-is, without a guaranteed uptime level. Maintenance, provider outages, rate limits and pricing changes may interrupt service.

8. Changes and ending the service

These terms may change; material changes will be announced on this page and by email to active subscribers. If the Studio is ever discontinued, I will give active subscribers and Lifetime customers at least 60 days' notice by email, and pro-rata refunds will be handled as described in the refund policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Studio is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your use of generated output.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
